Filmo para tratar de articular algo que en la mayoría de los casos apenas puedo imaginar. Espero encontrarlo por completo al terminar de editar las imágenes y los sonidos, aunque eso sea únicamente una ilusión. Siempre buscando un balance entre lo intuitivo y lo racional, otorgándome una libertad y un placer al crear. Si todo fuera racional entonces no podría ser placentero para mí. Al final, supongo que busco sorprenderme a mí mismo y llevar a algunos cuantos más por el mismo camino.

I make films to try to articulate something that in most cases I can barely imagine. I hope to be capable of finding it completely after I am through with the image and audio editing, although that’s just an illusion. I always seek a balance between what’s intuitive and rational, allowing some freedom and pleasure when creating. If everything was rational, then it wouldn’t be pleasant to me. After all, I guess I am just looking to amaze myself and to take others down the same path.
