Dejando de lado que me gusta mucho laburar y siempre meter las manos en la masa, si me detengo a pensar (porque nunca me lo habían preguntado así) creo que básicamente “filmo” por una necesidad… es como si proyectar y construir en cine saciara un hambre.
Hablar de ciertas cosas, usar la animación como medio, aportar a nuestro imaginario como argentino y latinoamericano, son como ruidos de panza que necesito alimentar como creador, y como artista disfruto de lo “gustativo” de un medio tan expresivo como lo es el de la animación.

Leaving behind the fact that I love to work and to be involved in every process, if I have to stop and think (because no one has asked me this question before), I can say that I make films because it is a need for me… it’s like if projecting and building in a film satiates my hunger. That hunger I have as an artist, consists in my need to talk about some matters, using animation as an instrument, to contribute to build our identity as Argentineans and Latin-Americans.
